I had to write an obituary for my News Reporting class today and I decided to do it on Agent Phil Coulson. Seriously, guys, I legitimately handed this in. Enjoy.

Philip Coulson, also known as ‘Son of Coul’, 48 years old, an agent for the Supreme Headquarters, International Espionage, Law-Enforcement Division, died on the Helicarrier after attempting to combat the Norse god of mischief. Agent Coulson was a valued member of S.H.I.E.L.D and enjoyed watching Supernanny on his days off. Agent Coulson was born in Boston, Massachusetts in 1964. Growing up, Coulson was a fan of Captain America and owned a vintage set of collectable cards he hoped one day would be signed.

“You were the greatest man I ever knew!” said fellow S.H.I.E.L.D agent, Maria Hill. “You will be avenged!”

Funeral services have not yet been scheduled due to the fact that he is probably, mostly likely not dead.
